CitizenOne Enterprise

For care groups, private and independent organisations, clinic chains and others with 50 licences or more. We move your data, you pay in instalments by invoice, and you have one dedicated contact with us all the way.

What you get

What a large organisation needs is part of the agreement

It is the same CitizenOne with every feature. The difference is the agreement around it.

  • Data migration at no charge

We move your data from your current system. Data review, export, import and checks are part of the move, and you do not pay for it.

    How the move works
  • Payment in instalments by invoice

No payment cards and no large payment up front. The amount is split into instalments, and you pay by invoice and bank transfer, the way your finance team is used to.

  • A dedicated contact

One named person at CitizenOne from the first meeting, through the move and on into daily operation. Onboarding and training are planned around your departments.

  • Single sign-on and integrations included

Microsoft sign-in (SSO), SharePoint and Talentech are part of the agreement instead of being bought as separate apps.

And what every customer already has

  • Data with an ISO/IEC 27001-certified provider in the EU
  • Unlimited residents and clients
  • A data processing agreement ready for your legal review

Who it is for

Organisations where many people work in the same system

Enterprise is built for those where a care record system is a decision for the whole organisation, not for one department.

  • Organisations with many services

Private and independent residential care, treatment centres and social services that want the same records and the same way of working everywhere.

  • Clinic chains and health centres

Therapists, psychologists, doctors and dentists with shared booking and client records across the clinics.

  • Municipalities and regions

If you buy through a tender, we bid on your terms and answer your requirements specification in writing.

The process

From the first conversation to daily operation

  1. 01

    Conversation

We go through your organisation, your departments and the system you use today.

  2. 02

    Quote and negotiation

You receive a specified agreement with price, payment plan and data migration, and we negotiate it into place together.

  3. 03

    Move and start-up

Your contact runs the data move and the onboarding of your staff.

The price is negotiated with you

Enterprise has no list price, because it depends on how many you are, what has to be moved and how you want to pay. The list prices still apply if you would rather start there. If you are in a tender, the price is in our bid.

Questions

How many licences does Enterprise require?

Enterprise requires 50 licences or more. If you are fewer, the list prices suit you best.

Is Enterprise a different system?

No. It is the same CitizenOne with the same features. The difference is the agreement: the move, the payment, the contact and the integrations.

We are in the middle of a tender. Can you answer in writing?

Yes. The documents and answers to the common questions are on the page for buyers, and we also answer your requirements specification in writing.

Half an hour on your own workflows, not a generic walkthrough. We look at the journal, the duty schedule and the medication record with your own examples.
