Create the account
Your field and organisation type are chosen in advance from this page, so you do not have to find yourself in a list afterwards.

Departments structure the rest, and staff are invited in with the roles you decide.

Import citizens, case notes and shift schedules from your current system as a CSV or Excel file, or create them by hand.

Questions
How do we cancel?
Write to support@citizenone.dk. The notice period is 3 months. If you pay monthly, you pay for the current month plus 3 months. If you pay yearly, the notice must reach us at least 3 months before the year ends, or the subscription renews for another year. Periods already paid are not refunded.
What do we save by paying yearly?
Two months. Yearly billing costs 10 months for 12: Basic costs €33 a month instead of €40, and Pro €77 instead of €94. The year is paid in advance. Extra users and departments cost the same however you pay.
What does an extra user or department cost?
An extra user costs €5 per month, and an extra department costs €11 per month.
Does it cost more to have many citizens?
No. Basic and Pro have unlimited citizens. The price follows users and departments, not citizens.
Are apps such as Secure email included in the plan?
No. Apps are bought separately. An administrator switches them on inside CitizenOne, and they are added to the subscription you already have. That includes Secure email, CitizenOne AI and the integrations. The platform's own features, on the other hand, are included in all three plans: the plans differ in capacity, not in what the system may be used for.
Can we try the system first?
Yes. Book a walkthrough where you see the system applied to your own workflows. There is also a free account with one citizen, one user and one department if you would rather click around on your own first.
Do you help with switching from another system?
Yes. There is an onboarding process where existing citizen data can be imported, so you do not have to start from scratch.
