The feature improves communication and collaboration by making it easy to create, modify, and share appointments that are automatically synchronized between both parties' calendars.

Additionally, the administrator can create events and other items for the citizen via their calendar and assign the event to the citizen. The calendar will then sync with the citizen's calendar so that the created events appear in their personal calendar.
