You take part from wherever you are. The same walkthrough as on site, with no travel and no need to gather the whole organisation in one room.

A fully bespoke course for organisations whose needs the other two formats do not cover.
Price on request

All prices are one-off for the whole course, excluding VAT. Included: preparation and tailoring to your organisation, and questions and answers during and after the course. Travel is agreed in the quote.

Groups of more than 20 and several courses together are agreed separately. For the tailored course you receive a quote based on the format, the number of participants and how many departments are taking part.

What happens on the day

A workshop, not a presentation
Participants are not just shown what the system can do. They work in it themselves under guidance, with help right beside them.
A clear thread, not a straitjacket
We follow a planned order so that every important feature is covered. If there are areas you want to spend more time on, we shift the focus there.

We make sure everything is answered as we go, so you leave the course confident about using the system in your day-to-day work.
