Journals in the System

The journal notes allow healthcare professionals to record and store a wide range of information in the citizen's record.

This includes, among other things, observations, notes, medications, plans and goals, protocols, as well as the ability to upload documents and manage calendar appointments.

By gathering all this information in one place, a complete overview of the citizen's progress is created, which gives the staff better conditions to make informed decisions and provide targeted treatment for the citizen.

Journal Notes as the Core of Our Journal System

The journals are the core of the system, as they ensure a comprehensive and structured storage of all relevant information about the citizen's health and treatment.

The function also includes other tools, such as the ability to assess well-being, conduct risk assessments, filter journals, and create drafts.

Additionally, the system allows for the reporting of incidents as well as the use of force.

When creating new journals, staff automatically receive a notification in the system if they have not yet reviewed the journal. This ensures that important information is quickly made available and reviewed, so that care and treatment can be planned and carried out efficiently.
