The use of force feature in the case management system ensures that all incidents are recorded correctly and in accordance with applicable guidelines. When a situation requires reporting, staff can quickly report the incident directly in the system.

When reporting, the user is redirected to the official forms from the Danish Agency for Social and Housing's website, where the necessary form can be downloaded, completed, and sent to the manager. At the same time, the incident is logged in the history, ensuring there is always documentation for the record.

Clear handling of use of force

To ensure a thorough assessment, the staff member can indicate the risk level of the incident as eitherharmless, low risk, moderate risk, or high risk.

Previously recorded incidents can be easily found through the system, ensuring transparent and structured handling of use of force.

The feature supports a safe and responsible work environment, where staff can document necessary actions in a clear and professional manner.
