e-conomic and CitizenOne
Published by Visma
The invoice is written on the citizen's own profile. The integration sends the invoice data on to the bookkeeping, so the amount is not entered twice.
What the integration moves
An invoice from CitizenOne is sent to e-conomic as an invoice draft.
The customer and the lines travel with the invoice.
The integration shows its status, and it can be disconnected again.
Setup
How to start using it
What needs doing, and by whom. We go through the steps with you during implementation.
- 1
Activate the app
e-conomic is switched on as an app for the organisation.
- 2
Approve the integration in e-conomic
You approve access in your own e-conomic. CitizenOne gets access that can be withdrawn, not your password.
- 3
Send the first invoice
The invoice is sent from CitizenOne and lands as a draft in e-conomic, where the bookkeeper posts it.
What it requires of you
- An e-conomic subscription.
- A user in e-conomic who can approve access for other systems.
Where in the system it is used
The modules describe the integration from their own side, because each uses it for something different. Here they are as they appear on each module's own page.
- Daily overview
- Send invoice data on to the bookkeeping.
Questions
Does CitizenOne do the bookkeeping itself?
No. CitizenOne sends the invoice data. The bookkeeping stays where it belongs, in the accounting system.
Can we use a different accounting system?
Invoices can be exported from CitizenOne regardless, and e-conomic is the integration that has been built. Ask if you use something else.
