Office 365 and CitizenOne
Published by Microsoft
Documents stay where they usually are. CitizenOne opens and saves them with the account staff already use.
What the integration moves
Folders and files from the organisation's own drive are shown in CitizenOne.
Files can be uploaded, downloaded, moved and searched.
A document can be edited and saved back where it came from.
Setup
How to start using it
What needs doing, and by whom. We go through the steps with you during implementation.
- 1
Connect the account
The same consent and the same sign-in as Microsoft 365. Once the account is connected, the documents are there too.
- 2
Choose the folder
Point to the folder the work lives in, so CitizenOne does not show the whole drive.
What it requires of you
- Microsoft 365 with space on the organisation's drive.
- An agreement on where documents that must be kept on record should live. A document on a drive outside CitizenOne is not covered by CitizenOne's logging.
Where in the system it is used
The modules describe the integration from their own side, because each uses it for something different. Here they are as they appear on each module's own page.
- Care notes and documentation
- Open and save documents with the account staff already use.
- Daily overview
- Sign in with the organisation's account via Entra ID.
