The hours in the shift schedule are already recorded when the shift ends. The integration sends them on to the payroll system, so nobody types them in again.
What the integration moves
Hours from completed shifts are sent to Zenegy as time registrations.
A whole period is sent at once, not one shift at a time.
Supplements and deductions travel with the registration.
Employees, users and hourly rates are fetched from Zenegy, so you pick from the list in the payroll system rather than copying it by hand.

How to start using it
What needs doing, and by whom. We go through the steps with you during implementation.

Activate the app
Zenegy is switched on as an app for the organisation. Until it is, the integration does not appear in the menu.

Approve access in Zenegy
An administrator with access to the payroll system approves the integration once. CitizenOne does not store your Zenegy password.

Match the employees
Employees in CitizenOne are linked to the users in Zenegy. The suggestion is based on email address and name, and you approve it.

Send the period
Choose a period and send the hours. The integration can be disconnected again from the same screen.
What it requires of you
- A Zenegy account with time registration.
- An administrator who can approve access to the payroll system.
- Employees who exist in both systems. An employee without a Zenegy user is not sent.

Questions
Do the hours still have to be entered in the payroll system?
No. The hours come from the shifts already recorded in the shift schedule, and are sent from there.
What happens if an employee has not been set up in Zenegy?
That employee is skipped, and the transfer result says so. The other hours are sent.
Can we send a period again?
Yes. A period can be sent manually, and that is also how a correction after the payroll run is handled.
Can we disconnect the integration?
Yes. Access can be withdrawn from CitizenOne, and nothing more is sent after that.
